Shipping and Returns Policy

PRE-ORDER

Purchasing any pre-order items from Inspire, Enlighten & Encourage, orders will be shipped in the time stated on the individual product description.

General Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number, item details, and a link to track your package until delivery.

Processing can take up to 7 business days. 

Delivery Time: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, PLEASE ALLOW 2-14 DAYS OF PROCESSING TIME for PRE-ORDER BEFORE SHIPMENT OF THE ITEMS.

Domestic Orders normally take 2-7 business days

International Orders normally take 8-14 days.

All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. Therefore, once orders are shipped, they will arrive in the form of shipping paid for at the time of purchase.

Order Policy 

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not adjust. Please be sure to verify your address to ensure that it is correct. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once orders are turned over to the postal carrier, ownership of packages transfers to the buyer. Inspire, Enlighten & Encourage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS with any order, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS directly.
